Block A Stats

277 students were on campus for Block A participating in 18 undergraduate courses. 74 of those students were graduate students in over 14 graduate courses.

CC launches CC Events Management

In an effort to provide the CC community with access to a comprehensive events calendar, CC has launched the CC Events Management project. The calendar will display room reservations, campus events calendar and event management functionality. Furthermore, the system will replace the Kx room reservation system, the online coampus calendar and the current list-serv blasts that communicate events.

The program will launch in August along with additional trainings and tutorials later this summer and during the first blocks of the 2015-16 academic year.

CC students selected for National Frisbee Team

USA Ultimate selected Lisa Lohre ’14 and Chloe Rowse ’16 out of the 100 women selected to try out for the U23 US National Women’s Ultimate Frisbee Team. Along with 22 other women from across the country, Lohre and Rowse will compete at the World Ultimate Championships in London in July. During her time at CC, Lohre served as a captain of the CC women’s ultimate team, while Rowse currently serves as a captain.

El Pomar Sports Center honored as “Facility of the Week”

Athletic Business recognized El Pomar Sports Center as its featured facility of the week. The publication noted the facilities varisty athletic facilities, strength training and physical therapy options and services provided to non-athletes.
